'I'm a one-person band. AML doesn't apply to me.' Here's why that belief could end your career.

❌ MYTH: AML only applies to big franchise groups and agencies.
✅ FACT: AML applies to every person or business that provides real estate services — including solo agents, buyer's agents, and boutique operators.

If you take a commission on a sale, you are a reporting entity under the new law.

There is no minimum transaction threshold.
There is no 'small operator' exemption.
There is no grace period after 1 July.

The law is the same whether you sold 3 properties last year or 300.
