QLD agents, are your ready? Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is law from tomorrow!!! Don't get caught out with these common mistakes:

❌Thinking software solves compliance
❌ Leaving prep till after 1 July, registering with AUSTRACT too late
❌ Assuming small agencies and independent agents aren't affected

AUSTRAC registration is the very first step of AML compliance.
If you're not registered:
→ You are already technically non-compliant as of 1 July
→ Operating without registration exposes you to penalties
→ It's not something you can back-date

If you're not sure whether you're registered or not: you probably aren't.

Here's what to do right now:
1. Go to austrac.gov.au
2. Search 'enrol as a reporting entity'
3. Complete your registration
