You know the drill. The real estate agent rocks up to meet you and climbs out of an expensive and very shiny set of wheels. Their attire looks like it cost a bomb. You're thinking "Wow, this could be pricey!"
Chances are you're correct. These "accessories" need to be paid for, as does the office with the plush furniture, the coffees and the charcuterie boards laid out in reception.
My philosophy is keep it simple and clean. My car is not expensive, but always clean and smelling fresh. I don't have the overheads of office rents and car leases to cover. At the end of the day I focus on my mind, presenting myself in caring and kind manner, taking the time to listen to you my client. I am not rushed to make a sale for the sake of a sale. I'll provide equal service to any "flashy" agent while savings you thousands on marketing costs. There are no hidden "administrative extras" in my quotes. I can offer commission rates you'd think were "mates rates" as I don't have urgency of sale nor the expenses your big agencies incur. You get the same result and can pocket around $10K to spend on yourself.
