The tenant approached our team as their business was rapidly expanding so they needed to double their floor space. Their previous tenancy had very little public exposure so they wanted to find somewhere they would get more attention but also had a budget to work with given they were doubling their operation.
Aura Business Park sounded like the perfect fit with the population growth and big name tenants drawing a lot of attention to the area. Understanding the retail components that are allowed within the zoning, the team proposed taking two adjoining tenancies to allow for 1 high exposure tenancy at a higher rate and then a rear tenancy at a reduced rate for their repairs and maintenance.
