We are seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager / Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate while gaining hands-on experience across property management and front-of-house operations.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our Property Management team with day-to-day administration and portfolio management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Greeting clients and managing front desk reception duties
✅ Answering phone and email enquiries professionally
✅ Assisting with tenancy applications and lease documentation
✅ Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor bookings
✅ Managing property management administration tasks
✅ Scheduling appointments and inspections
✅ Maintaining accurate records and databases
✅ Supporting the Property Management team with daily operations

About You

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong organisational and time-management abilities
✔️ Professional presentation and positive attitude
✔️ High attention to detail
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Competent computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
✔️ Current driver’s licence preferred
✔️ Real estate experience or Certificate of Registration/Licence is advantageous but not essential
