🚧Puckle Street Level Crossing Closure🚧

Travelling around Moonee Ponds over the weekend?

Be mindful of the temporary closure of the level street crossing at Puckle Street. These planned works organised by Public Transport Victoria are essential for maintenance and renewal works.

📅Closure of the level crossing will occur from 8:00pm on Friday 1 September to 5:00am on Monday 4 September 2023.

So, before you head off on your journey, make sure you plan for additional travel time this Father’s Day weekend.

Thank you to everyone in the community who have helped with the flood clean up. Together our efforts have seen:

🧹5 tonnes of rubbish removed from Woods St

🧹Council staff have helped SES fill nearly 2,000 sandbags

🧹Council are assisting VICROADs with the opening of the Maribyrnong Bridge by transferring the mud from the bridge to the depot

🧹Today we begin to assess the extent of damage and impact to Council buildings, open spaces and structures.

We are so grateful for the generous offers to help. 🙏
