Yesterday Gwydir Industries headed to the Pally Pub for lunch 🍽️

It was a great day out, with everyone enjoying their meals and a chance to relax together. Always nice to get out and spend some time as a team!

The service was amazing and we were very well looked after.

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to Westpac Bank for coming on board as a sponsor of Gwydir Industries.

This week, thanks to that support, we were able to complete a much-needed driveway upgrade — something that will benefit both our staff and the people we support every day.

Gwydir Industries will be closed today from 10am and will reopen tomorrow morning from 8am, out of respect for the passing of Barb Davis.Barb was the mother of our long-time employee Del Davis, who has been part of Gwydir Industries for over 20 years. Our thoughts are with Del and the Davies family at this time.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dearest friend, Rachel Tighe, late Sunday night.

Rachel began her journey with Gwydir Industries in 2005 and retired last year after more than 20 years of dedicated service. She was a valued member of our team and a true friend to many.

Rachel will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family and loved ones during this difficult time.

What a great day we had at "Cooking with Gwydir" at Gwydir Industries with the wonderful Maree Rice!

On the menu today was a delicious quiche and fresh garden salad. There were plenty of laughs in the kitchen while we cracked eggs, chopped veggies and mixed everything together.

Sally got right in there and got her hands dirty, helping prepare the ingredients, while some of the others were happy to sit back, relax and take it all in — enjoying the smells and the fun atmosphere.
Of course the best part was taste testing at the end... and it was safe to say the quiche and salad were a hit!

A big thank you to Maree for another fun Cooking with Gwydir session. We can't wait for the next one!
