As I continue building relationships with property owners across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Hunter Region, I thought I'd take the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Taylah Monk, and I'm the Business Development Manager at Elders Advantage Group.
Since joining Elders, I’ve loved being part of a team that genuinely cares about delivering exceptional service while building strong, lasting relationships with property owners.
With over five years of experience in property management, I’ve worked closely with landlords through every stage of their investment journey. From navigating legislation and compliance to managing tenancies, minimising risk, and maximising returns, I understand the responsibility that comes with owning an investment property and the value of having the right support around you.
What drives me most is helping people get the best possible outcome from their investment. Every property owner has different goals, and I enjoy taking the time to understand what success looks like for them—whether that’s attracting quality tenants, improving rental performance, protecting their asset, or simply making the process as stress-free as possible.
I believe great property management is about more than just collecting rent. It’s about building trust, providing honest advice, communicating openly, and taking a proactive approach to protecting and growing your investment.
