ZAMPARINI SPIRIT wins again at his home track! That’s 3 wins out of his last 4 starts 🤩 he and are forming quite the affiliation together, with all 3 of his wins with Beau in the saddle 👏 a huge result for the owners of Louie, and everyone involved at home. The Douglas-Mertens combination continues to deliver, landing a winning double at Werribee today 🥇🥇

DRAGON SCROLL shines again with back-to-back wins, eased down on the line after proving far too dominant. She’s a progressive filly well and truly on the rise. 🔥

ZAMPARINI SPIRIT was also too good, relishing the blinkers going on for the first time. A terrific, patient ride from Beau Mertens who timed it to perfection. 👌

What a way to finish the May Carnival for Mr Waterville, breaking through over the hurdles on Day 3 after a tough and courageous second placing on Tuesday. A beautiful ride by Will Gordon, it was a deserved result for the horse, jockey, trainer, owners and everyone involved with Mr. Waterville.
This win also marks a special milestone for Clayton, whose name has long been associated with the jumps ranks as a jockey over the years. To now return as a trainer and prepare his first jumps winner over the famous May Racing Carnival is a fantastic achievement and a full-circle moment in the sport 🏇🏆🥇

BLUE HOTEL kicks Mornington Cup day off with a win! 🏆 Given a lovely ride by Beau Mertens, It’s great to see this talented little filly back in the winners circle. Congratulations to the winning connections, and all involved with BLUE HOTEL.

She was backed like a good thing, and delivered! DRAGON SCROLL got the job done at Gosford yesterday, ticking the maiden off early at just her second career start. The trip to Sydney has seen her furnish and come on beautifully, developing into a very tidy galloper. After 16 attempts, persistence finally paid off at Mornington for Zamparini Spirit, finally breaking through for that long awaited maiden victory.
Given a perfect ride by Beau Mertens he put race away in dominant fashion. Eased down on the line, he still stormed home to win by an emphatic five lengths, bringing home the Easter chocolates in style 🐣🍫
Congratulations to all the winning connections of Louie 🏆
