We're focused and working hard on our latest (and greatest) CDG project- "The Miro". There will be two luxury townhouses on the front street- 71 Nunns Road; and one more luxury home with rear street access on Raglan Street. Presently, the construction is about 65% complete; and we anticipate they will be finished in April 2019.

These homes are situated in the most sought after neighbourhood in beautiful Mornington- a mere one block to the pristine beaches and Port Phillip Bay.

Our Coastal Development Group had another exciting Grand Opening yesterday at our "Van Gogh" project at 26 Sunningdale Avenue in beautiful Mornington yesterday. Our Coastal Development Group has just completed it's most luxurious project ever. On offer are two opulent beachside townhouses, named "The Matisse" at 14 Nelson Street in beautiful Mornington. These are the two largest 4 bedroom townhouses available, and are situated on the largest parcels of land for a townhouse in the local marketplace. Award winning architects, draftsmen, and designers have been engaged to create the most impressive townhouses we've ever built, as well as the finest available in the Mornington marketplace.

Let's begin with the location. The "Matisse" is situated a mere two blocks from the pristine beaches and gorgeous Port Phillip Bay, in one of the most highly desirable and affluent neighbourhoods in tranquil Mornington. The "Matisse" Town Houses. Most developers build two side-by-side townhouses that are mirror images of one another. They lack uniqueness and individuality.
