Our Morphett Vale office has a full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) opportunity for a motivated multi-tasker to provide outstanding customer service to our valued clients as the first point of contact.

Your tasks will include (but not limited to):
- Processing new listings
- Form 1 and Contract preparation
- File management
- Processing Sales
- Answering calls
- Managing emails
- Handling and directing enquiries
- Greet and welcome clients
- Daily open and close office procedures
- General office housekeeping
- Admin support person to six sales consultants

Successful Applicants will have the following:
- Administration and/or real estate experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in database entry/management
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Effective communication skills to liaise with people from various backgrounds
- Excellent time-management and an ability to prioritise tasks
- High degree of computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A professional, personable, and supportive character with a positive attitude
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work to deadlines, handle pressure and work as part of a team
