Construction continues to advance across multiple areas of the site, with further concrete pours now complete across Levels 1 and 2 and formwork progressing through the next stages of the structure.

Behind the scenes, another important part of the building is progressing too. The first batch of windows has now arrived in Perth, with further shipments on their way, while perimeter scaffolding has commenced in preparation for façade installation in the coming months.

Work also continues on the building’s core walls, precast and in-situ columns, basement services and façade preparation. An additional construction hoist has also been installed, supporting the increasing pace of activity as Mos Lane rises.

For future owners, this is where Mos Lane really starts to come to life. As the building rises above ground, the scale of the residences and their outlooks are becoming much easier to see, giving a clearer sense of what it will be like to live here.

With a limited collection of residences remaining, the project’s progress offers prospective buyers greater confidence as they consider the opportunities still available at Mos Lane.

Running for River.

This September, Mos Lane is incredibly proud to be the Platinum Sponsor of River’s Race, with the ADC team joining the wider Mosman Park community on the start line too.

River’s Race brings people together to raise vital funds for DMG/DIPG research at the Children’s Cancer Institute, supporting the work being done to improve outcomes for children diagnosed with these devastating brain cancers.

A recent onsite trade lunch gave us the opportunity to pause and thank the skilled trades (up to 80 on site each day) and wider Icon Construction team bringing Mos Lane to life.

The buy in from the trades has been evident since day one. From the coordination behind the scenes to the craftsmanship happening across each level, delivering a project of this calibre relies on an enormous amount of skill, care and collaboration.

Likewise, the Icon team has worked closely with our architects, consultants and ADC delivery team to ensure every element of the build remains true to the vision for Mos Lane - considered, enduring and uncompromising on quality.

The trade lunch was a small way of saying thank you to everyone contributing their expertise to the project, and to recognise the progress being made on site.

We’d also like to shout out Cory from P.Princi Butchers for sorting out an epic lunch, 15kgs of pulled beef.

Another evening with the future Mos Lane community.

With the project progressed significantly beyond the basement structure following the completion of level 1’s first slab pour, Mos Lane has reached another significant construction milestone as the vision continues to take shape.

To mark the occasion, we welcomed purchasers back for an exclusive Buyers’ Evening, where they received the latest construction update, gained insight into the progress on site, and connected with the people who will soon become their neighbours. Special guest Tom Nelson (Director of Nelson & Koo) shared some words about his excitement for the buyers having invested in one Perth’s most unique developments.
