Got ants? Put down the insect spray!
When you spot a trail of ants marching through your home or yard, reaching for the insect spray might seem like the quickest solution. But here’s why it might be doing more harm than good!
🚫 It only tackles the ants you can see. Fly spray might kill the ants in front of you, but it won’t eliminate the colony responsible for sending them inside.
🚫 It can make the problem worse. Some sprays can disrupt ant trails and cause certain species to scatter, potentially spreading the infestation to new areas.
🚫 It’s a temporary fix. Unless the colony is properly managed, those pesky ants will likely keep coming back!
