M P Settlement Services is a family owned business established in 1994 with Maria Papalia as the Proprietor/Licensee and her daughter Nadia Nikolovski as Licensed Settlement Agent. M P Settlement Services offers a range of services including general conveyancing, Applications for titles on sub-divisions, change of name, survivorship and strata documentation. We also conduct title searches and attend to matters at the Office of State Revenue in regards to stamp duty and land taxes. As we have a wide variety of clients including Developers, First Homebuyers, Investors, Self Managed Superannuation funds, Foreign Investors and Real Estate Agents we are conversant will all facets of Conveyancing. Buying or selling a property is a very stressful time but at M P Settlement Services their aim is to achieve a worry free successful settlement.
