It's always a good feeling when you receive referrals from Sellers, ok, I found defects in the home they were selling, but it was thorough.
The definition of Thorough.
Complete with regard to every detail; not superficial or partial.

Maybe I should have chosen my words a little better. I inspected a beautiful home this morning, almost Defect free. On leaving, I remarked to the owner that she had a cracking home, her jaw dropped, it was at this point, I new I had mucked up.
