What a day to close out the Castlemaine State Festival.

The garden came alive on Sunday, with sunshine, laughter, and the kind of energy that reminds you exactly why we love this town. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens, the Garden Party was everything a closing day should be. Food stalls filled the air with incredible smells, the Artists Market buzzed with creativity, Gusto Gusto kept the vibes flowing, and the Castlemaine Hot Rods turned heads all afternoon. Main FM brought the soundtrack, and then there was Cho Kairin, the King of Chinese Acrobats, leaving jaws firmly on the ground.

One of Victoria’s most beautiful green spaces, filled with our community at its very best. Castlemaine, you never fail to impress. Here is to a sensational festival and the incredible people that make it all possible.

Thank you Martin, Linda, the McClure family and everyone involved in the festival from the board to the volunteers. We can’t wait for the next festival.
