Mudgee's Getaway Cottages still has some School Holiday availability!!
For this week, plan a quick great getaway!
I recently had a visit and stayed in the "Orchard Cottage" and enjoyed a tour of all cottages, they are all unique and comfy, browse the website and call Elizabeth to book a surprise for the kids.
Mudgee's Getaway Cottages have so many great choices to choose from.
What's special about Mudgee's Getaway Cottages?
Too much to mention.
But what we do know, with six cottages located on the same property (from 2 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms) that it's the most fantastic place for family get togethers (we all know how long it's been since everyone has had a proper get together with family)
Friends that haven't seen each other in forever.....even a special birthday being celebrated
It's so fantastic to be able to provide houses that are big enough, and also have the magnificent property behind! All yours while you're staying with us!!!
Every cottage has it's own bbq, fully self contained, linen provided etc. And we have our own w**e tour bus!
Seize the moment......enjoy country life for a few days.
Have a date in mind, or would like us to help you co-ordinate? Call us (02) 63727272

2026 Season closes on 5th October, so get in quickly!
Enjoy my Australia's Nature & Landscape Photography By Di Watson images from visits in the past!

Lara Wetlands , I am well overdue a visit!
Lara Wetlands is 28kms from Barcaldine in Queensland.

Lara Wetlands is a land of plenty. Spend some time at one of our tranquil shady unpowered camping spots surrounded by Wetlands abundant with birds & wildlife is a photographers joy. Enjoy a campfire and star gazing at night, whilst enjoying the sounds of the nightlife. All size vans, tents, camper trailers and motor homes are welcome.

Lara Wetlands is a 15,000 acre station stay and is 28 kms south of Barcaldine from our highway sign or 78kms north of Blackall from our highway sign. A further 13km from the Landsborough Highway in on our access road (red sand) brings you to Lara Station.
