Wiley’s education team has proudly completed the new general learning, administration and corporate services centre. This provides contemporary, future-focused teaching and learning spaces that support the school community including:

• Administration facilities designed to better meet the needs of the school
• 12 new state-of-the-art classrooms
• A dedicated music block supporting the school’s Instrumental Music program
• Improvements to Singleton Oval
• New accessible ramps connecting key areas of the campus
• Additional amenities for staff, students and parents
• Specialist learning spaces
• Expanded undercover areas
• Additional onsite staff car parking, helping ease street parking for families

Set within a school community dating back to 1889, this project enhances Indooroopilly State School’s culture of excellence while supporting improved learning outcomes for students and staff.

It's giving Ministry of Magic, come New York subway vibes and we absolutely love it! It's the w**e cellar of our dreams! ✨

Completed as part of a significant renovation of a pre-1946 house in Salisbury, designed by UltraLinea Architecture and constructed by Checkpoint Constructions, the exquisite craftsmanship shown here is actually credit to the owner himself.

Our certifiers were lucky enough to lay eyes on it during a recent inspection, but imagine getting to use it day in, day out!

The 10km Bridge to Brisbane done for another year! 💪🏼☀️🏃

The BB team absolutely smashed it on Sunday, beating all records from the previous year! It was another great morning.. the sun was shining, the vibes were high and the costumes were oh so impressive!

The Bartley Burns team were out and about last week, inspecting a new clubhouse for Elysium Village in Beaudesert📍

From development approval through to building approval, our town planners and commercial certifiers have assisted every step of the way in the delivery this one ✅

A big shout out to and all of the subcontractors who have done a fantastic job at bringing it to life 🛠️

The clubhouse features a craft room, billiard room, dance area, library and lounge and will no doubt become the heart of the community for the residents at Elysium Village for many years to come 🎨🎱💃🏻📚

Much to the envy of the rest of the office, our residential certifiers were out inspecting this stunning house on the Brisbane River last week 🏠🚤

Exquisitely designed by Plazibat Architects and built to perfection by CGH Constructions - all involved in bringing this beauty to life should be very proud! And no doubt it'll make for an epic early Christmas present for the family who are soon to move in.

A massive congratulations to one of our faves, Lachlan Grant from Happy Haus, on his recent appointment as a member of the Master Builders Queensland Housing Sector Committee. Having worked with and known Lachlan for a number years now, we have no doubt his extensive knowledge, pragmatic approach, dedication and passion will be invaluable in shaping the way Queensland builds into the future.

Well deserved Lachie! We couldn't be happier for you and we can't wait to see you be a driver for positive change, benefitting all of us involved in the building industry.

I’m honoured to announce my appointment as a member of the Master Builders Queensland Housing Sector Committee. This opportunity allows me to collaborate with fellow committee members and management to help shape the Association’s housing policy framework and identify key advocacy opportunities for our industry.

The Committee meets regularly throughout the year and serves in an advisory capacity, making recommendations to the MBQ Board for its review and decision.

I look forward to contributing my experience and insights from 15+ years of design + build, working alongside passionate professionals, and supporting the ongoing growth and innovation of the housing sector.

Out onsite last week, inspecting a new workshop for one of our valued regulars, Engineering Applications (ENAP). There was some pretty cool gear in here, from antique pieces to state-of-the-art equipment - it's always nice to see a hard-working industrial building like this come to fruition 🏭⚙️
