Welcome to Tall Timbers Collective!
A large fully-furnished accommodation hub for like-minded individuals to enjoy a private peaceful space to live, as well as the opportunity to commune with other clean-living individuals in a beautiful space, immersed in nature in the Tweed valley. The house nestles amongst 140 acres of private farmland.
We are offering a beautiful large room (6 x 6metres!) in this house for rent. You will be sharing with up to 3 other lovely and like-minded people.
The house has a large open plan kitchen with fridge and oven/stove for common use, and two large lounge/sitting areas with comfy leather lounges. The lounge also includes a large dining table (seats 10), and plenty of common area storage, plus a library and games storage area.
The large outdoor yard includes veggie gardens for your own use. Feel free to let your green thumb do its thing, and plant out all your own veggies and herbs. Plenty of room to be completely self-sufficient if you wish! There is also an outdoor picnic table and fire pit area to enjoy warm nights under the stars.
If you enjoy living in a peaceful, tranquil environment immersed in nature, then Tall Timbers is for you!
You will preferably be working full time or in employment.
There is an ecological septic system, so please use natural products for cleaning and washing if possible.
The owners of the property are quiet, private people who live separately at the very back of the property, more than 1km away from Tall Timbers.
The room is for rent for $320. This includes the common use of all amenities such as bathroom (half size bath, shower and toilet), kitchen, dining and a beautiful large outdoor space.
