3. My lunch order from Thai Connexion is ready for pickup.

While a lot of the work happens behind a desk and over the phone, the actual results still require hitting the pavement. 🏃‍♂️💨

The sellers and I were ecstatic when 18 Wentworth Court sold for a street record, and so were the neighbours when they heard the news

20 Wentworth Court was listed, and a month later sold for ANOTHER street record!

Every sale has it's own unique story, but 3 Regent Place is one of those EXTRA rewarding sales!

12 years ago, I walked into the RE/MAX Property Sales office for the first time and was greeted by this balloon everywhere I looked. 🎈

Some of you might recognise this "vintage" take on the logo, while most will be more familiar with the recent iterations.

In those 12 years, there have been two corporate rebrands, countless market ups and downs, and plenty of faces come and go from the industry. Through it all, I’ve had the privilege of being involved in hundreds of incredible local property journeys.

Downsizes, first homes, investments, upsizes to make room for growing families—every single story has been uniquely rewarding (and occasionally challenging).

12 years on, I’m definitely no longer the new agent on the block. But even with over a decade of experience under my belt, the learning never stops. Markets evolve, strategies shift, and I’m still just as driven to get the absolute best results for my clients as I was on day one.

Even if a property has no "bad side", there is always what we call the Hero Shot or the Money Shot.

This is the lead photo on the advertising portals, the cover of the brochure, and a home's literal first impression on potential buyers. When it comes to stopping a buyer's scroll online, that first impression is everything. 👀

After all the hard work getting the property tidy and the careful consideration taken at photoshoots, all that is left to do is pick the Hero Shot!

But for a property as nice as 21 Presentation Blvd, I really have my work cut out picking just one 😅
