Congratulations to the lovely young family, who I have been in touch with recently and are loving living in this classic beauty in Verdun Street, Nedlands.

It is interesting to see that young families are opting for a home that offers an easy care lifestyle. I guess it is a sign of the times as we are now all leading busy lives in our work and play.

This home definitely ticked that box for them and said they are enjoying more quality time at home together with friends and family as entertaining is now a joy for them.

I gave this home a mini-makeover for the lovely seller who was living interstate. With some painting touch-ups, new carpets throughout, and some landscaping, it really lifted the presentation of this home that had been rented out for a couple of years.
