Congratulations to the lovely young family, who I have been in touch with recently and are loving living in this classic beauty in Verdun Street, Nedlands.

It is interesting to see that young families are opting for a home that offers an easy care lifestyle. I guess it is a sign of the times as we are now all leading busy lives in our work and play.

This home definitely ticked that box for them and said they are enjoying more quality time at home together with friends and family as entertaining is now a joy for them.

I gave this home a mini-makeover for the lovely seller who was living interstate. With some painting touch-ups, new carpets throughout, and some landscaping, it really lifted the presentation of this home that had been rented out for a couple of years.

I specialise in these makeovers for my sellers to maximise the potential for my properties. Going the extra mile for my clients is what I love to do. I believe that I should make the same efforts for them as I would if I was selling my own home.

This little beauty certainly grabbed some attention. Only previewing to the market on a Monday evening I saw 25 groups in half an hour. I think it was the large courtyard that made this little one-bedder stand out from the crowd.

I eventually received 9 offers in total and it has now sold to a lovely couple who have bought it for their daughters' future.

This week has been an incredibly busy one for 12 Croydon Street, Nedlands' "Klopper House".

Thank you to and reiwa.com for sharing this truly inspiring home with their social media followers.

The house was full of buyers and "Brian Klopper" enthusiasts. All were admiring his talents, and his foresight to create a timeless representation of family living and yet managing to combine solar passive principles with theatrical flair.
