We are thrilled to announce that Stage 2 of Global Business Park achieved practical completion on 31st July. This marks a significant milestone in our ongoing development efforts.

We anticipate receiving the occupancy certificate within two - four weeks from this date. However, please note that the issuance of titles is contingent upon approvals from Landgate and the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC). These timelines are outside of our control.

▪️STAGE THREE PROGRESS▪️

We're pleased to provide the following progress report:

* Suspended slabs have been completed and roof works have also been completed.
* Painting has commenced and will continue throughout the remainder of Stage 3.
* Architectural framework has commenced with timber feature cladding to be installed in the coming weeks.
* Internal works are well underway.

We anticipate practical completion for this stage in September/October 2024.

▪️STAGE TWO PROGRESS▪️

We're excited to share that Stage Two is nearing practical completion. By the end of July, we anticipate reaching this milestone, followed by the issuance of certificates of occupancy and titles.

Please note that we are unable to give timeframes for certificate of occupancy and titles as these are given by City of Wanneroo and WAPC respectively. Rest assured, we're in close coordination with both entities to ensure a seamless application process.

Your sales agent will keep you informed of progress. Settlement will occur 14 days after titles are issued, so please ensure you've nominated a settlement agent and shared the details with your sales agent if you haven't already done so.

It has been a bustling period on-site, with significant developments taking place across our stages.

We understand the importance of delivering commercial units in a timely manner, subject to council approvals. As such, we are making every effort to hand over units as they are completed. We estimate that the first lot of units will be completed by July.

▪️ STAGE TWO PROGRESS ▪️

- All roofs have been successfully installed
- The pouring of suspended slabs is now complete.
- Installation of windows and roller doors is currently underway.
- Internal works are well underway, with ceilings and walls erected, tiling is underway with kitchens to be installed shortly.
- In the upcoming weeks, we will commence the installation of external façade works.

▪️ STAGE THREE PROGRESS ▪️

Structural progress is advancing rapidly, with the last of the panels being lifted into place during the first week of April.

Following this, the focus will shift to installing structural steel, roofs, and suspended slabs, all of which are scheduled to be completed by the end of April.
