So I took on an interesting project that's currently underway. Some chimney repairs and restoration of old paint. Having been a working farm and then a school until the 1950s I'm quite sure this property is over a Hundred years old. Don't see many like this very often let alone work on them.

Here is a project I completed recently in Boat Harbour. The first couple of images are before painting and the rest are after. This home was completely re-painted and there was a lot of rust. Hopefully the images do it justice as the rails and posts came out nice and sharp against the walls. I recently completed this repaint as part of a kitchen renovation. This contract included the removal of wall paper, repair and painting of the walls, cutting and fitting of sections of the cork floor, cutting and fitting timber beading, quad and skirting to span voids, repainting of the pantry walls,ceiling and cupboard doors and frame.
