The Unit - This first floor unit is a walk to the beach through parklands. There is a balcony with gas BBQ, leading in to a living area with ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player with iPod dock and an Xbox with two controllers. There is a range of XBox games, DVDs and CDs for all ages provided. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, upright stove and a Nespresso coffee machine with frother. Three bedrooms (queen bed, two king single beds and a tri bunk, plus a portacot), ceiling fans in bedrooms one and three, a main bathroom and ensuite and an internal laundry with washer and dryer.
