Andrew has worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past 20 years and has been employed by a number of agencies. Andrews aim is to add a more personalised touch for the owners of Rental Properties. He is a hands-on owner of the business, which ensures your asset will not only be left to the Property Manager to oversee. Andrew will be involved in all aspects of your property, enabling him to answer any questions or queries you may have at anytime. The major problems encountered by most agencies are lack of qualified staff, knowledge, poor systems or no systems, poor time management and no people skills. Of all the problems identified Andrew feels that lack of qualified & knowledgeable staff is the biggest issue. Property Management is dealing with the law and you must know your law if you don't this then creates a myriad of problems. If you are to employ a Management business to look after your property you expect this to be done within the guidelines of the Act. Too many Property Managers are inexperienced and under informed, this is an industry that does not require years of training to enter.
