When it comes to marketing your property for sale, you can’t beat video. With online and social media campaigns now replacing newspaper advertisements, a video is far more engaging, provides a better perspective of a property and its layout and has a far better chance of making that all-important emotional connection with a buyer (even one not actively “looking”) than a static image campaign.

So what does a video cost and what properties do they suit best? The answers are: around $600…and all of them! Owners of smaller properties, like one-bedroom apartments, may be reluctant to go to that expense – but the reality is that their market, the younger demographic, are the very buyers most likely to be on social media.

Videos are watched multiple times by serious buyers. That connection and engagement are invaluable.
