Rates are rising. Inflation is running hot. There’s ongoing debate around changes to capital gains tax and negative gearing. Add global conflicts and higher petrol prices, and it’s easy to see why many people are feeling uncertain.

Despite all of that, quality homes in sought-after locations continue to attract strong buyer interest.

I’m pleased to share that my team sold 41A Raglan Street, Mosman last night prior to auction, achieving an outstanding result.

Most importantly, we have happy vendors, delighted buyers, and one very happy agent.

It’s been a strong start to 2026, with a number of successful sales despite what continues to be a challenging and highly nuanced market.

In this environment, every transaction requires careful strategy, persistence, and a high level of skill to bring together.

Last night, we were pleased to successfully sell 3/132 Kurraba Rd, Kurraba Point under the hammer.

What stands out most in moments like these is the genuine excitement and satisfaction from the buyer when everything comes together. It’s a great reminder of why we do what we do.
