So obviously I am going to rename Christmas Day (for me only again you do you)
But I needed to do something with Christmas Day for the children, it’s only the adults that hate Christmas Day. So today I have switched Christmas Day with today and are calling it ‘Present Day’ as today we are going to give our children the true gift that we really know they really want from us, no it’s not an x box or a new Nintendo, no we are not going to sit down and play with them for the full day (unless of course we want to). We are going to name today Christmas Day and everyday that they ever need us to be fully present for them always. Yes that is confusing because we ‘think’ we are present for them always. But bad news sorry we are not and the reason we are not always present for them is because we don’t know how to be present for ourselves. And we can only lead by example, children learn from what we do not what we say so I have vowed to my daughter that I will be present for her always from this day forward when ever she needs more or anything forever (she might need to send me a voice message if I am off on an adventure). But she will know I have got her back and she will have her own back enough to know she has got this and we have got this.

Today like everyday is a very special day.

Today I decided to do things a little differently. ( Not really everyday is different for me)
But I decided that for today and possibly for ever this is my new birthday.

And I am even thinking that I might just make everyday my birthday. I am not sure yet.

22/12/22 it’s a pretty good number, so I am rolling with it. 🙏♥️

I want to give my take on neurodivergence. Mainly because if you Google adhd or neurodivergent you will find a lot of negative ‘disorder talk’ and people are ashamed of being neurodivergent. Being a neurodivergent person myself and having alot of neurodivergent people around me most of my life, I have come to learn that it is in no way a disorder it is just that we are not deemed to be in the majority ‘typical group’. Neurodivergent have different strengths and weaknesses than neurotypical. Neurodivergent have different drivers, they like to solve problems and are generally very good at maths and are interested in science. They are very hard workers and often won’t stop until they have solved the problem or finished what they are working on. They are very hard on themselves and don’t like fail, their work is never done everything must be perfect so they are prone to fatigue and burn out. In our generation they were often deemed at school to have learning disorders but they were misunderstood, bored, not interested or didn’t see value in learning something that 1 they weren’t interested in or 2 they actually don’t believe to be true. They dont care about their social status and are often in their ‘own world’. They would challenge their teachers and peers because they have worked the answer out already and believe they are right and they often are. Their minds go straight to ‘D’ the desired outcome and then work backwards finding all possible options and then the best one. Where neurotypical is A.B.C.D
Unfortunately they can suffer greatly from anxiety as they struggle to engage in ‘normal’ conversations and often feel like they don’t fit in and they are not enough. They don’t like to waste their time.

I loved this house so much! The size of the land and the surroundings are perfect!

I’m am so happy that Sam and Jodie are the lucky new owners! It is such a magnificent property I can’t wait to see how they transform it 🙏

My sellers were lucky and managed to secure the property for $1,450,000 in 2018 they bought just at the right time. We secured a great price for them and sold it for $2,400,000.
The challenging part of the sale was that the owners were going through a divorce. Not only did I have to manage the sale, negotiation between the buyer and the seller but I had to support the sellers along their mediation process, as we needed that for the sale to go through.
I also needed to discreet and not disclose my owners personal situation to the buyers.
I definitely love a challenge and am so pleased that everyone can now move on happily just in time for Christmas! 🙏🌲

We had the best craziest early Christmas today. My neurodivergent mind was on overdrive as usual, but I felt so at peace! Our family dynamics are slightly left field but I am so proud of everyone and how it all works 🙏♥️

Help, Educate, Support 🙏

I caught up with a very dear friend and her husband recently. They have what is now a large amazing business that I respect. I have watched vibe grow from the ground up. The biggest difficulty in growing a business is making sure that it and everyone in it holds its integrity and stays true to its mission statement.

Paul asked me what I am planning to do with ‘Lofthouse Property’….

I got the tattoo on my forearm roughly five years ago after I got divorced. I felt like I had gone to hell and back, I lost not only lost nearly everything I had worked for but my family was separated not just into two houses but two countries. It was like my heart had been ripped out of my chest.
I got heavily into personal development and worked my ars off. I was starting from scratch again. I diversified into two businesses - one that enabled my survival - another that soothed my soul and then back into property.
I have always loved working and have never looked at work is a chore. Being self employed not only was a means to survival but provided me freedom and time to see my children when I could and be present.
One of them didn’t align with my values. I didn’t like my vision statement for the business which was the more lucrative one, and this kept me up at night…….
