~ About the Role

We are seeking the right person to fill our role as the Senior Property Manager of the office with the view to move up to being the General Manager of the office. This is an excellent step for a property manager looking to make the next move in their career!
The role will include managing a small portfolio of properties, with the main focus on providing support and guidance to a trainee Property Manager & support to PM. Delegation of work is expected, however, we are looking for someone with the right attitude to provide hands-on support where needed. Dedicated BDM's source new business to grow the portfolio, so no BDM work required. Take full responsibility for all aspects of the office and overall portfolio and take advantage of the streamlined systems to create and manage your own days. Involvement in weekly team meetings & monthly awards breakfasts. Become a leader of the team and continually develop your property management skills through ongoing support and training provided by Tessa Residential.



~Duties / Responsibilities

End-to-end portfolio management where needed (portfolio size is very manageable) with delegation of work
Relationship management with landlords
Achieve KPI's - low arrears management, low vacancies & management of lease renewals
Analyse market trends to provide regular leasing feedback to clients
Use of FileSmart filing system, ADLinspect, Inspect Real Estate, REST and MyDesktop.
Lead the adoption of new concepts & provide regular feedback/communication to higher management
Collating weekly reports for Department Manager


~Skills / Experience

Current Real Estate registration
Min. 2 years portfolio management experience
Confident communication skills with peers and clients
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Knowledge of property management legislation
Enthusiastic, accountable and professional approach
Passionate about developing your real estate career
Reliable car and valid open drivers license
Knowledge of Western suburbs advantageous
