We've put forward a proposed rezoning application to the Derwent Valley Council which will increase green space and improve amenity at The Mills Residential Estate.

Importantly, the proposed masterplan does not increase the number of residential lots compared to the existing subdivision permit.

We encourage those interested in finding out more to come and view the documents on display at the Council chambers or online (https://www.derwentvalley.tas.gov.au/council/latest-news/draft-planning-scheme-amendment-lot-1-glebe-and-lot-6-poulters-road,-new-norfolk2)and provide feedback before it goes to the next approval consideration stage.
