Construction progress continues at North Quarter, Newborough, with strong momentum across both Stage 2 and Stage 3 works.
Stage 2 is progressing well, with bulk earthworks now largely complete. The team is transitioning to the next phase of the sewer infrastructure and preparing for the future park reserve, which will become an important community space within the development.
In Stage 3, sewer installation has been completed, while drainage and site stabilisation works are nearing completion. Crews are now advancing road pavement layers and road crossings, with water main installation scheduled to commence next.
It’s great to see the continued progress on-site and the collaborative effort from all teams involved in delivering this growing community.

Project Update: Nth Qtr Construction Resumes!
We’re excited to share that construction has officially resumed at Nth Qtr, with Montdami mobilising to the site on 20th October 2025, to create the next phase of our estate: the balance of Stage 2 and Stage 3.
The team will now push ahead with the remaining Bulk Earthworks before moving straight into Sewer and Drainage works as the next major phase of the project.

ANZAC Day 🙂

Every year on the 25th of April, Australians and New Zealanders acknowledge those who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations. ANZAC stands for the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps.

A Dawn Service will be held at the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne from 5.30am followed by a parade by the serving and retired service people and their families. 🌺

In the township of Newborough, a Dawn Service will be held at the Cenotaph, in Newborough Square at 6.00 am followed by a parade with everyone gathering at 9.00 am outside the Yallourn/Newborough RSL. You are welcome to watch the parades to show your respect.
