As the seasons begin to change and we settle into the cooler months, April delivered another strong month across McGrath Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley & Newcastle. Buyer activity remained consistent throughout the region, with our team selling 89 properties and connecting with 2,252 potential buyers across our open homes, appointments and inspections. It’s clear that confidence in the market continues to build, and we’re proud to be helping so many clients make their next move.
Our Property Management team also achieved outstanding results, leasing 40 properties throughout the month with an average rental return of $755 per week, a fantastic outcome for our landlords and investors. With strong enquiry levels, quality tenants and continued growth across both sales and property management, we’re excited for what the months ahead will bring.
