This was a remote job at Mt Vincent, All externals were completed from Scaffolding with spray equipment.
Some very detailed work painting the exposed rafter tails under eaves. We went with Dulux weather shield paint system for maximum protection. 😃🏠 🎨

Painting of Rendered surfaces and Steel frames .

Repair of all surface defects is recommended, followed by priming and paint

Tip For The Day : Care Of Paintwork
Exterior Paint - Regular Inspection, cleaning and repair of coating will prolong its serviceability.

Cleaning the surfaces using a " soft Wash " approach is recommended.
- Using a combination of mild detergent, soft brush and low pressure ( 1000 psi or less ) clean off dirt and grime deposits to reveal any areas of concern
- Any mould or other fungai growth identified can be treated using mild bleach solution and then rinsing well with water.
