As part of our 2026 wellbeing program, our team came together for a dedicated development day focused on connection, collaboration, and mental wellbeing.

The day included interactive team building sessions facilitated by Lincoln Amidy, a scavenger hunt designed to get everyone moving and working together and a reflection session on workplace culture and the values that underpin strong relationships and effective teamwork.

We’ve partnered with The Resilience Project, a program built on evidence-based strategies that support positive mental health through Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness (GEM), and also took part in Discovering Resilience, a session delivered by Martin Heppell that reinforced practical ways to build resilience both at work and in everyday life.

“It was a valuable opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, invest in our people, and strengthen how we work together as a team”, Dane Crawford, Co-Founder, CEO & Licensee in Charge.
