Following the RBA’s announcement that the cash rate has increased to 3.85%, it’s understandable that some buyers might be feeling uncertain about their plans.

From what we see on the ground, rate changes don’t suddenly change the value of good property but they do highlight the importance of having a clear, well-thought-out strategy.

What matters most right now is:

After searching for the right next step for their family for almost a year, this client reached a point many buyers do, they knew it was time to bring in support.
