Just got home from an incredible three days in Canberra at Jamala Wildlife Lodge for Solitude 2026.

A mix of familiar faces and some new connections too, with the kind of conversations that stay with you long after you leave. Time to reflect, let go of what’s been weighing heavy, and open my mind to what’s actually possible.

It’s always a grounding, rewarding experience. The kind that resets you, rebalances you, and shifts how you show up.
