Twenty-five years. šŸ¤

Itā€™s hard to believe that 25 years ago I walked into my first job in real estate.

Since then, this industry has given me so much. Incredible mentors, lifelong friendships, unforgettable experiences, tough lessons, plenty of challenges, and opportunities I never imagined when I first started.

Today also marks the end of another chapter as Iā€™ve officially resigned from my role at Property Management Partners.

Iā€™m genuinely grateful for the opportunities, the people Iā€™ve worked alongside, and everything Iā€™ve learnt throughout my time there.

If the past 25 years have taught me anything, itā€™s that growth comes from being willing to embrace change, even when itā€™s uncomfortable.

Hereā€™s to 25 years in an industry I still genuinely love, and to whatever comes next.

And if it all goes pear-shapedā€¦ apparently thereā€™s a market for foot pics. šŸ˜‚šŸ¦¶

Just got home from an incredible three days in Canberra at Jamala Wildlife Lodge for Solitude 2026.

A mix of familiar faces and some new connections too, with the kind of conversations that stay with you long after you leave. Time to reflect, let go of whatā€™s been weighing heavy, and open my mind to whatā€™s actually possible.

Itā€™s always a grounding, rewarding experience. The kind that resets you, rebalances you, and shifts how you show up.
