Another historic day for Stronach Property — marking the first slab pour at Sovereign Park, The Hill.

We’re thrilled to celebrate this key construction milestone. With trusted builder MARS Building Pty Ltd leading the build, alongside our design partners CKDS Architecture and , each pour brings us closer to realising 158 thoughtfully crafted new homes in this vibrant community.

Last Wednesday, we celebrated the Turning of the Sod at Sovereign Park with an outstanding turnout, marking a significant milestone after a long journey. We're thrilled to partner with MARS Building Pty Ltd to bring Sovereign Park to life, with substantial progress expected in the coming months.

At the ceremony, we announced that Sovereign Park will have Latent Defect Insurance (LDI) which is also known as Decennial Liability Insurance which insures the building for 10 years. In a first for Newcastle, we are delighted to announce that we have the newest insurance product that also covers services as well as structural elements.

This demonstrates Stronach's continual commitment to excellence, ensuring our legacy endures for another 100 years and beyond.

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Mars Building as the trusted builders for Sovereign Park.
This will be Stronach Property’s third partnership with Mars on our projects. They have previously completed Abode in Tighes Hill and are currently completing our Chapter project in Newcastle.
