Paragon Building Management Selected to Oversee Horizon on the Harbour

After the successful completion of its First Annual General Meeting (AGM), Paragon Building Management has been appointed to administer comprehensive building management services for Horizon on the Harbour, situated at 45 Honeysuckle Drive, Newcastle. The appointment spans an initial term of three years.

Initially engaged by the developer just prior to Christmas in 2023, Paragon facilitated the transition and managed the move-in process over the bustling holiday period. Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to support the residents during this busy time, Paragon Managing Director, Kaleb Paten, emphasised “we are wholly committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the duration of the tenure and we look forward to a very productive first 3 years”.

Horizon on the Harbour boasts an impressive building overview, featuring one strata plan encompassing 105 lots spread across three buildings, inclusive of ground-floor commercial tenancies. Noteworthy amenities include an onsite gym and a significant proportion of owner-occupied units, as well as two lower basement levels.

Paragon's suite of services encompasses occupant move-in management, defect reporting and management, collaboration with builders to ensure uninterrupted completion of finishing works, establishment of initial maintenance schedules, tendering processes for essential trades and services, and educational initiatives aimed at both owners and the owner’s corporation regarding the intricacies of their new building.

The Star Apartments: Under New Management

We are excited to announce that we have taken over the building management of The Star Apartments in Newcastle!

We are now providing weekly onsite building management services for this mixed-use building comprising of residential, short-term letting, commercial spaces, and hospitality. We look forward to working with The Star Apartments community to create a vibrant and welcoming place to live and work.

Our on-site building manager will be available to assist with all building management needs, including:
