Last week we had the pleasure of handing over this beautiful home to our valued clients.
What a location!
Hanging over a cliff at Marks Point, overlooking stunning Lake Macquarie.
We couldn’t be happier with the finished product, a credit to the trades & suppliers involved in our projects yet again!

The crew have been flat out this year ripping in on the work at hand, so here’s a very late update on the final product at our Eleebana project.
Finished late 2023.
We’re stoked with the end result.
This project was an absolute pleasure to be involved in, from the preliminary architectural review, to the construction phase and handover.

Structural Steel was installed at our Eleebana project last week 🏗️
It was a massive day but we managed to get all the beams installed.
Massive thanks to the teams from & for a flawless job drafting & fabricating this design 🙏🏽

There’s been a lot going on at our Eleebana project since nice we last posted. Starting with the 2nd floor suspended slab being completed. The boys did a fantastic job concreting ready for the upper structure to take shape!

Backfill complete to the ground floor retaining walls at our Eleebana project.

Pool has been formed, steel tied & concrete placed! This pool is suspended on blockwork and will form part of the first floor as an indoor wet edge pool. The water line is constantly overflowing out of the pool and reused in a ballast tank & pumped back into the pool to keep it full to the brim around the clock.
