Good Morning Lasail
No body corporate approval required as I applied and was told that as they are balcony furniture not required
1.2 long
45 deep
1.8 high

I’m selling two of these outdoor seating units, I ordered 4 but turns out I only need 2!😬
-great for extra seating
-extra storage (under seats)
-privacy
-on commercial lockable wheels for easy moving from one spot to another
-create a booth just add a table coffee or dining table!
-grown some vines or hang some from the slats
-painted the same colour as the outside of the building

P.S
Our balcony is pretty windy and they are fine due to the lockable wheels!

Secuitity issue

This morning at approx 4am 4 youths with faces covered were seen on the pontoons. If you have a boat you might want to check your boats. They got in easily via the kayak pontoon. When they knew someone had seen them they walked away casually.
This also raises concerns for lower floor apartments if doors and windows not locked .

Suggestion is to write and email to Teaders in purple requesting a solution. The water is only just above the knee so easy water access from the park
