Early morning walk down at our beautiful Kings Billabong.
Just a short walk from the house. Most mornings I spot a few kangaroo's.
No matter how often I walk along the Billabong, I always love to take in the beauty of it.

Nestled amongst nature and vineyards close by, this newly renovated oasis is just a stroll away from Kings Billabong Wildlife Reserve, where you can enjoy bushwalking, pushbike riding, canoeing, fishing, bird watching (find a bird hide on one of the peaceful walking trails).
The Murray River is a short drive away, popular for all water sports, boating, fishing, canoeing, water-skiing.
3 Min drive to the Nichols Point General Store for last minute supplies including, groceries, snacks, Post office, Bottle shop, or only a 5 minute drive the Irymple IGA.
Walking distance to the popular Woodsies Gem Shop where you can explore the Gem Cave, enjoy the Garden Maze, Café.
Visit one or all of our region’s Wineries, all are a short drive away
Our private property boasts 2 king bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with bunks, double bed bottom and single on top, a large games room with 2 double Sofa lounges.
Extra large driveway to the right of the house to accommodate boats, trailers, vans, cars.
To top it off we have a swimming pool, fire pit, BBQ area and numerous seating areas to enjoy the great outdoors. Who knows, you may even get to meet a kangaroo or two.
