🏡 **RATES ON HOLD… WE’LL TAKE THE WIN! ☕**

The RBA has left the cash rate unchanged at **4.35%**, meaning mortgage holders have avoided another rate rise this month.

Is it time to pop the champagne? 🍾
Probably not quite yet… maybe just upgrade the morning coffee. 😂

So, what does the rate hold actually mean?

👉 **Homeowners:** No RBA-driven repayment increase this month, but repayments are still higher after three rate rises earlier this year.

👉 **Buyers:** A little more certainty, but borrowing capacity hasn’t suddenly increased. The upside? Softer conditions in some markets may mean more choice and negotiating room.

👉 **Sellers:** Buyers are becoming more selective, so realistic pricing and understanding your local market matter more than ever.

👉 **Investors:** No additional rate pressure this month, while rental demand remains strong in many areas.

The important bit?

A **pause doesn’t mean rates are coming down next**. The RBA is watching inflation, employment and household spending before deciding its next move.

For now, though… no fourth rate rise in 2026.

And I think plenty of mortgage holders will happily take that. 🙌🏡
