Alan speaks Teochew, a Chinese dialect, and he understands some Cantonese. Alan enjoys freelance photography and volunteers at the Australian Zhong Hua Qun Yi Lion Dance Association. Despite being a big advocate of auction campaigns to get the highest and best price, there is a time and place for every method of sale.
In this circumstance we had this home scheduled to be auctioned late December, with time up our sleeves, we presented the home to a handful of well qualified buyers who were ready to act unconditionally, secured a great offer and gave our client the opportunity to say yes.
