The grounds are professionally landscaped, and easy to maintain. There is a built in watering system, and the pool has automatic filling, with a Polaris vacuum system. The house is on the highest side of a divided street and built into the side of a hill. The view can never be built out.
We are going to hate leaving this house which has been a very happy and nice place to live, with very good neighbours. Now there are only 2 of us living here it would be nice to see a family in occupation again enjoying a lifestyle as happy and comfortable as our has been.
They might even find the gold at the end of the rainbow.

On the lower level you will also find a large bedroom and ensuite which opens onto the pool. On the opposite side of the entrance foyer there is a storage area, a large living area together with kitchen area. This has been used in the past as separate living space but at present is used as an office area and library. Up a flight of stairs you will enter the main living areas, which is on the left hand side and to the right is the main bedroom which opens to a Juliette balcony and out onto 180o veiws of the river system with the mountains in the background. Attached to this bedroom is a granite ensuite comple with shower and spa bath, the ensuite has a. In this wing of the house is another bedroom which also opens onto a Juliette balcony and offers the same views as the main bedroom. There is a store room and this section also contains a shower and toilet facility. To the right of the entrance stair case is a large lounge area which opens onto an L shaped balcony this overlooks the pool and the 180o views. This balcony is a magical place to sit of an evening with a glass of wine enjoy one of the lovely sunsets. One section of the balcony is fully enclosed with aluminium shutters this opens off of the dining area and makes a lovely breakfast area. The kitchen is in natural timber and has a stanless steel double over and 2 drawer dish washer. It has been designed to allow the cook to enjoy the view and also to talk to guests when serving a meal.This level also has a large games room which has had many games of billards played on the billard table. This room opens directly to a fully screened patio area which runs across the back of the house. If the news owners wanted 360o views this area could be bulit up onto anothe level, this would be economical to do.

Noosa Marina home of the famous Noosa Ferry's and some wonderful eating places. A very good market runs from here on a Sunday. The Marina is a 7minute drive away or a pleasant 30 minute walk along the Noosa River. Or if you are a bike rider there are plenty of bike tracks.

The location of Tranquil Waters is very central. A 5 minute walk will find you in Noosa Junction.Here you will find Coles, IGA, Target, Transit Centre, Cinemas and a number of places to eat and the Post Office, as well as the entertainment hub known as the affectionately as the 'J'. Walk for 12 minutes and you will be be at the famous Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street. If you go in the other direction you will reach the Noosa farmers Market after walking about 5 minutes and in 7 minutes is the restaurant strip of Gympie Terrace. Noosaviille and the lovely walk along the Noosa River and all of its attractions. There are a number of primary and high schools in the area as well as child care centres, churches, library, and sports centres. Noosa boosts good football teams in all codes, an aquatic centre, and tennis centre. Noosa Farmers Market which has been voted one of the best in Australia is 5 minutes walk away and is on every Sunday.

Our home has some of the best views in Noosa looking from Lake Weyba following the lake system past Mount Cooroy and Mount Tinbeerwah and Mt. Cooroora and the other mountains which are in the distance and following the river to Laguna Bay and up the North Shore to the coloured sands.
