This one's been a special project — the client brought an Australian palate to a US build, blending styles across two continents into something genuinely unique. Big shout out to builder Jeff, who has delivered an outstanding product from start to finish. Proud to have been part of this journey.

Sunshine on site and level 1 is flying ☀️🏗️
Slab poured, backfill complete, level 1 block work well under way, and scaffold has now commenced — momentum like this doesn't happen by accident. Huge credit to the crew at for keeping things moving, and a special shoutout to site manager Dale for keeping it all on track.
Excited to watch this one keep taking shape — more updates soon.

The concrete podium slab is being poured today — perfect weather, and it's looking great. Huge credit to the teams at MSC Concrete Constructions and qldBUILT and Elevation Architecture for the quality of work going into this pour. With the podium down, we're officially clear to kick off Level 1.
Onward and upward — literally. More updates as we climb.
