Dowling Neylan Dowling & Neylan Real Estate was established in Noosa Heads on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast long before the rest of Australia discovered its charm

The company was founded in 1976 and was one of only two real estate agencies in Noosa. As Noosa grew so did the company allowing the firm to be involved in the first sale of many of Noosa's major resort buildings and land releases. Then known as Peter Dowling and Co. the company handled the sale of most of the waterfront land on Noosa Sound and later was very active in Noosa Waters. Today we are very active in the luxury end of the Noosa real estate market, the media, bank valuers and developers all often call on us for well researched, accurate advice. Dowling and Neylan are not the biggest agency in town and we don't want to be, to us it's not the quantity of sales agents, the number of agencies or even the size of our shop front that's important. The quality of our work, the service we provide and the results we achieve for our clients is our focus and we won't compromise the standards we are willing to accept. We carefully select our sales agents and management team and look for service oriented proven performers, our clients should expect nothing less.

Noosa just broke its own record. $40 million for a stretch of land of Noosa Parade and two jetties; the kind of number that makes the rest of the market sit up and recalibrate. That's the energy right now on the riverfront.

Which brings us to 61 Hilton Esplanade, Tewantin.

A Ken Robinson design, split level, vaulted ceilings, American oak floors and a Caesarstone kitchen that earns its keep. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car spaces, and river views from the primary suite that don't need much of a sales pitch.

637sqm. Auction in two weeks 19 September 2026.

It sits on the doorstep of Noosa Marina and Gympie Terrace... an easy walk to everything, a world away from the noise.

Half of Noosa is currently taking a nine kilometre detour to avoid Doonella Bridge. This address never asks you to!

Tucked into a quiet residential street in Noosaville, 1/30 The Cockleshell sits 400m from Gympie Terrace and the river; walking distance to cafés, riverside dining and the Noosaville Shopping Centre. While the rest of the Shire sits in traffic, this is a home built for leaving the car at home altogether.

Weatherboard cladding, timber flooring and French doors throughout give it that timeless Queensland character. The entertaining deck and private plunge pool create a quiet retreat of its own. Inside, a Chambord farmhouse sink and stone island bench anchor the kitchen; upstairs, a master suite with walk in robe and ensuite, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with full size bath.

Three bedroom duplex apartments no longer fit the revised town plan for this pocket. Homes like this one, only a few years old are highly limited here.

Auction. Listed by Dan Neylan.

If you know, you know. Boreen Point has quietly become the place people escape to when Noosa starts to feel just a little too seen, and lately, when petrol prices make you think twice about unnecessary trips, somewhere that has everything within reach starts to matter even more.

La Petite Vigne is exactly why.

Positioned on Laguna Street, directly opposite the Apollonian Hotel and moments from Lake Cootharaba, this cottage style home delivers a kind of understated lifestyle that does not try too hard, but gets everything right.

Inside, the main residence offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, anchored by slate flooring, raked ceilings, and a warm open plan living space that feels both airy and grounded.

The real moment happens outside. A vine covered entertaining area sets the tone for slow afternoons and easy evenings, while the pool creates a natural divide between the main home and a separate bungalow, ideal for guests or added income.

It is private, character filled, and quietly versatile.

Close enough to Noosa when you want it, far enough away when you do not, and increasingly appealing when staying local feels like the real luxury, this is the kind of property people hold onto.

With the year starting to slow into a more intentional pace, buyers are shifting focus from “new and shiny” to homes with soul, space and long-term upside. That’s exactly what makes 41 Memorial Drive, Eumundi such a compelling opportunity right now.

Set in one of the Sunshine Coast’s most loved country towns, this early 1900s home captures a sense of history that’s increasingly hard to find. Located within walking distance to schools, shops and the heart of Eumundi, this is a rare chance to secure a character-filled home in a tightly held village where lifestyle, community and convenience intersect.
