Buying or selling property soon?
From 1 July, there’s an important change to be aware of.
New Australian laws mean real estate agencies are now required to verify the identity of their clients as part of the buying and selling process.
In practical terms, this means you may be asked to provide ID and some basic information as we work together.
This is a standard requirement across the entire industry, not something unique to one agency and over time it will simply become a normal part of property transactions.
