Forget the listing presentation. Here’s how you actually put an agent to the test.

Most vendors walk into an agent interview and only ask two questions.
“What’s it worth?” and “What do I need to do to get it ready?”
Fair questions. But they won’t tell you much about how that agent actually works.
I’ve put together 10 questions that will. They’re the ones I’d want my own family to ask before signing with anyone — and honestly, I’ve got a pretty good answer to every single one of them.
