There has been a slight shift in the Perth property market in the last 8 weeks. We have seen listings for sale hit a 3 year high which has relieved a bit of pressure in the market, something a lot of buyers have wanted for a long time.

This week .com.au reported 5,433 properties for sale, which is up 14.4% in the last month and 10.4% higher than a year ago. If you’re a seller these figures mean we are seeing a slightly weaker sellers market which hasn’t been experienced since 2020.
