Sales transactions in Perth last week were up 0.8% on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 625 transactions.

Burswood led sales activity with 28 transactions, while Wandi recorded the highest sale of the week at $2,175,000. Meanwhile, Joondalup recorded Perth’s most affordable sale at $470,000 — highlighting the diverse opportunities still available across the market.

Listings continued to rise, with more than 7,312 properties now on the market across Perth.
